We work as an extension of your office and will respond to your calls as a member of your company. Unless you choose to inform your clients that you use a message service, callers would assume they are speaking to a member of your office personnel. The Direct Line Communication team are always well informed about your company’s business and your whereabouts, and are at all times friendly and professional when handling calls.

Proactive Answering

We are a proactive answering service. When we receive a new enquiry or information which we consider important to your company we will contact you immediately, by whatever means is available at the time and, when possible and at your request, connect you direct with the caller. 

We like to consider ourselves to be an integral part of each company we represent and we ensure that our staff are knowledgeable about your company’s business. Unlike large call-centres we do not rely upon computer screens for information to relay to callers, or key messages into a computer during a conversation.

Latest technology, but with a personal touch

Our offices are well-equipped with a digital telephone system capable of handling multiple calls per line at any given time, therefore your telephone number will always be available, never engaged. Nonetheless, we maintain the personal touch by operating with carefully chosen, well-trained staff who will answer your call as a member of your office, responding to enquiries or queries in a positive and helpful manner.
